Stages of Design & Build

1) Feasibility Study & Site Survey
Assessing your current space and your requirements, we relish the task to seek all opportunities to improve ideas & exceed customers expectations. Looking at the logical and cost effective methods for each individual project our initial site survey will open up the potential possibilities for the project and offer design experience in the initial phase.
2) Architect Drawings & Structural Drawings
Understanding your requirements is key to producing any architectural drawing. Using information gathered at the site survey and your requirements we will produce architectural drawings showing detail and precision. Combing the drawings with our structural engineer we can calculate the exact requirements for the foundations and structure.
3) Planning Application & Approval
Submitting to local authorities can be a tedious task. To ensure the designs and plans are approved we submit them to the local planning office for approval, making the amendments and changes required to pass the plans on your behalf. This process involves clear guide lines so with our understanding of the process it makes less complicated.
4) Estimates & Cost Analysis
Simultaneously with the planning application process we will be actively working on gathering all costs for the project. Analysing the cost of works for the proposed designs we will give you a clear understanding of the costs behind the desired plans. Following the confirmation of the scope of works and the due diligence we can put together a bespoke pricing document so you will understand where your investment is being spent and tailor the costs accordingly.
5) Project Management
Starting a project and organising supplies are key to deliver a project on time. With our clear build schedule and critical path we will manage the daily work schedules to the end and taking care of snagging and sign off. See More on Project Management!
6) Interior Design & Furniture Supply
During the build stage we will assign you to our design team network. With your vision in sight and budget in mind, we can create the right interior ambience for your lifestyle, using bespoke deigns to chosen product to fit your space. Creating a mood board with the colour scheme, materials, textures and designs, we can develop 2D/3D CAD drawings. Inspiring you to invest in carefully selected furniture items and accessories that will fit the space and bring pleasure when living and entertaining.
