Flooring - Design Service

1) Site Survey
We can visit the home or site to take measurements and check the levels of the floor sub structure. We will give a report on any works necessary to improve the quality of your sub structure and discuss what your requirements are for flooring, the usage and the colour bringing a few samples with us on the initial visit.
2) Product Selection & Samples
Following the survey we can make the recommendations based on the requirements for best suited material to the project and the needs of the customer taking in to consideration the room type and usage. Listing the benefits of each selected product we can arrange samples to be sent to you for final selection. The samples can be added to a mood board so the flooring can be matched with wall colour and decoration.
3) Costing
Depending on the budget, flooring is costed using square meterage that we calculate for each material type. If we have a repeat in any texture or design this may affect the order quantity. Depending on the project and the requirement we will then offer a supply only price or a fitted price.
4) Fitting and Installation
When the flooring is scheduled for delivery we will book in a suitable date for fitting. If sub structural works can be completed on the same day as fitting this will be carried out the same day or if necessary booked prior to the install. Dependant on the flooring style we will recommend if all decoration must be completed before hand to ensure that there is no possible damages to the flooring after installation. Different floor types require different fitting and installation procedures and techniques all of which are carried out but our network of specialists.
6) Interior Design
Flooring is one of the first aspects we look at when designing a room. With your vision in sight for the entire room and budget in mind, we can create the right interior ambience for your lifestyle, using bespoke deigns to chosen product to fit your space. Creating a mood board with the colour scheme, materials, textures and designs, we can develop 2D/3D CAD drawings.
