Project Management

Whether you are refurbishing a single room, renovating the entire home or building an extension/ new build. Having a project manager on site at all times is the most effective way to ensure the project is going to the planned schedule as well as ensuring the quality of work and material used is that which is promised.

The largest factor for projects overrunning is under estimating and budgeting. Construction costs are always a variable on any project but it is our job to ensure that your project does not disrupt your time and manage your costs to a low throughout. Combining our project management service with our interior design team you can deal with one person explaining your ideas and watch them come to life and keeping your project under budget.

With all projects we work out a suitable costing schedule for your requirements in addition to a construction schedule managing the critical path to ensure that your project is running on time.

5 Key Points

1) Manage a Building Site

Our experienced engineers know the difficulties when working on site. Ensuring each tradesman has available the right materials at the right time to complete the tasks. Delays cost money and this is where we can offer our experience to ensure the project runs smoothly.

2) Buying Materials

Most subcontractors will quote just for labour and expect the client to purchase all the materials. With our knowledge you need not worry about this. Considering the size we will work out the quantities for each project and ensure that we do not over spend on materials or under buy which will lead to delays and rising costs.

3) Health & Safety

Every building site is prone to accidents. We follow a strict Health and Safety rules ensuring all workmen and visitors on site wear the correct PPE and each site has a unique risk assessment and required facilities.

4) Making The Right Decision

Almost every project has its own complications. With our careful planning and scheduling we look to minimise all complications but also have a skilled set of engineers and workforce on site that report any possible issues regularly and dedicate the right workmen for the complication at hand.

5) Hands On

We are not afraid to get involved! Our Project Managers have all had the experience of working on site. A Lot of time is spent on site and it is our duty to ensure the site is kept clean and tidy, organising deliveries and ensuring that there are no hazards on site.
